I'm Eunice Gil, founder of BLV Castings. I started BLV to create a more direct and organized way for brands, artists, and productions to connect with diverse talent. Since then, I've expanded the agency beyond traditional casting into brand activations, promotional staffing, and creator and influencer campaigns.
